Regular yoga practice during pregnancy can help to reduce back and joint pain, digestive issues, mood swings, and other discomforts that may occur during pregnancy.

My prenatal yoga class will help you find the space, movement, and attention your body and developing baby need. Each class is tailored to the needs of the participants, and you will practice in a safe, supportive, and loving environment.
Additionally, you will be with other soon-to-be and seasoned moms with whom you can exchange experiences and know that you are not going through your pregnancy alone.

The sequences and movements are designed to be gentle, safe, and suitable for each trimester; however, they incorporate elements of Pilates, strength training, and, of course, yoga to help build strength, resilience, and confidence, preparing you for labor and delivery.
We will practice various breathing and meditation techniques that will further connect you to your body and growing baby.

 POSTNATAL YOGA CLASSES

Regular yoga practice after birth can support your body as it recovers from pregnancy and delivery, helping to rebuild strength, improve posture, release tension, and increase energy during this special yet demanding time.

My postnatal yoga class will help you reconnect with your body and gradually rebuild your core, pelvic floor, and overall strength. Each class is tailored to the needs of the participants, offering a safe, supportive, and encouraging environment. You are welcome to bring your little one with you – our movements and sequences are designed to integrate them into the practice where possible, so you can bond while moving and breathing together.

The sequences are structured to be gentle yet strengthening, with a focus on alignment, stability, and resilience. Expect exercises that safely challenge your body and help restore your confidence as you step back into movement and fitness. Breathing techniques and mindful relaxation will support your mental well-being and help you recharge for life with a newborn.
